How to describe your problem to get help faster
- Real scenario: the role or task where you hit the problem.
- Current approach: the steps you take today and roughly how long they take.
- Input materials: the files, pages, systems or data you usually work with.
- Expected result: what WorkBuddy should finally deliver and what counts as done.
- Security boundaries: any account permissions, sensitive data, file edits or external publishing involved.
Privacy and contact
Please don't include passwords, keys, customer privacy or internal materials that shouldn't be public in the survey. We'll only use the contact info you voluntarily leave to follow up when we need more detail or can move the solution forward.
