WorkBuddy Reading & Learning Guide: From Onboarding to Team Adoption

This is a learning route for newcomers, task practitioners and team leads. You don't need to memorize features front to back: find the work problem closest to you, complete one real task, then go deeper through the user manual, case studies, advanced systems and team adoption.

Onboarding Route for Newcomers

Start with Part 1: Get WorkBuddy Running and complete, in order:

  1. Download, install and sign in.
  2. Understand the main UI, tasks and workspaces.
  3. Complete your first verifiable task.
  4. Load a Skill you'll actually use.
  5. Then learn connectors, external APIs and automation tasks.

Read and build as you go — don't just browse screenshots. After each chapter, leave behind at least one reusable prompt, template or operation record.

Choose a Tutorial by Real Task

Jump into Part 2: Case Studies and pick a chapter by your problem:

  • Word, Excel, PPT: Chapter 11.
  • Organizing computer files: Chapter 12.
  • Remote computer control: Chapter 13.
  • News, bookmarks, meetings and investing: Chapters 15–18.
  • AI video, self-media and GEO: Chapters 19–21.

Once a case works, return to Part 3 and turn your approach into a Skill, an automation or a multi-agent system.

Team Adoption Route

Focus on Part 3: Advanced and Part 4: Roles & Industries.

For team practice, also record:

  • Input materials and permission boundaries.
  • Task decomposition and failure fallbacks.
  • Acceptance criteria for deliverables.
  • Reusable Skills, templates and automations.
  • Which steps must be confirmed by a human.
