Chapter 27 — Industry Roadmap: From General Capabilities to Industry Workflows
An industry solution isn't swapping "generate weekly report, make PPT" for an industry name. Real industryization has at least four layers: industry objects, professional processes, systems & data, and responsibility & regulatory boundaries.
Five Questions to Identify Industry Scenes
- What's the work object: orders, equipment, medical records, contracts, courses, or content material?
- Which roles and systems complete the process together?
- Which fields, definitions or versions must stay consistent?
- What consequences do errors cause, and who holds final responsibility?
- Which step is most repetitive, most time-consuming, and easiest to human-accept?
Only the fifth kind of step suits being a first-batch AI pilot.
Manufacturing

A[Equipment/production/QC records] --> B[Aggregation & field validation]
B --> C[Anomaly & trend analysis]
C --> D[Daily/weekly/quality report]
D --> E[Human confirmation & loop close]
| Scene | Input | Deliverable | Professional constraint |
|---|---|---|---|
| Production report | ERP export, shift sheet, downtime log | Output, yield, downtime cause | Consistent shift, material, process definitions |
| Quality record | Inspection sheet, images, standards | Defect classification, abnormal batches, report draft | Doesn't replace quality release |
| Equipment knowledge | Manual, repair log, fault codes | Troubleshooting suggestions, parts list | Safe operation and downtime permissions |
| Supply-chain weekly | Orders, inventory, lead time | Risk list, follow-up suggestions | Data time-point and supplier permissions |
Cross-Border E-commerce
The hard part isn't single-content generation — it's multi-platform, multi-language, multi-currency, multi-timezone and multi-rule coexistence.
| Scene | WorkBuddy workflow | Acceptance focus |
|---|---|---|
| Product listing | Product material → selling points → multi-language drafts → platform format | Params, banned words, trademarks and local expression |
| Customer service & reviews | Ticket clustering → reply drafts → FAQ update | Order facts, refund promises, tone |
| Business review | Orders/ads/inventory → unified definition → profit & anomalies | FX, timezone, attribution window |
| Supply-chain coordination | Purchase, lead time, logistics → risk list | Order numbers, time, owners |
Finance, Consulting & Tax
These industries' core assets are evidence, analysis definitions and professional judgment. AI suits shortening material-processing time, not hiding sources then giving conclusions.
| Scene | Basic version | Advanced version | Human gate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Industry research | Source table and material summary | Evidence matrix, periodic tracking | Opinion and investment implications |
| Consulting project | Interview minutes, material inventory | Hypothesis tree, analysis working paper, report | Recommendations and client commitments |
| Tax material | Receipt recognition, field check | Filing material list, diff check | Filing and tax judgment |
| Business analysis | Multi-table aggregation | Metric explanation, anomaly attribution | Accounting definitions and management decisions |
Medical & Pharma
Medical & pharma emphasizes evidence level, version control, privacy and professional qualifications. First-batch scenes should avoid diagnosis and treatment decisions.
| Scene | AI can assist | Shouldn't auto-complete |
|---|---|---|
| Literature organizing | Dedupe search results, summaries, evidence tables | Clinical conclusions and treatment advice |
| Production quality | Batch-record completeness check, training material | Batch release and deviation accountability |
| Medical/marketing material | Source check, banned-expression alerts | Promo-compliance final approval |
| Internal knowledge | Policy Q&A, version locating | Out-of-permission access to patient or trial data |
Culture, Media & Advertising
The video-team case already showed a multi-Agent content pipeline. On industry落地, beyond creative efficiency you also need copyright, brand and publishing controls.

Distillable assets: brand voice, banned words, fact-source library, licensed-asset library, platform-format templates, topic-scoring table, script Skill, storyboard templates and review metrics.
Education & Training
| Scene | Input | Deliverable | Constraint |
|---|---|---|---|
| Enterprise training | Policies, courses, cases | Learning paths, decks, question banks | Version and applicable audience |
| Lesson prep | Curriculum standards, textbooks, learner data | Lesson plans, activities, exercises | Knowledge accuracy and age-fit |
| Learning feedback | Assignments, rubrics | Common problems, feedback drafts | No labeling by sensitive traits |
| Admissions content | Approved course material | Page and consult-script drafts | No exaggerating effects or promises |
Construction Decoration & Tech Services
These industries are project-based — lots of material, many versions, long responsibility chains. WorkBuddy suits asset inventory, bid first-drafts, contract diffs and project weekly reports.
| Scene | Deliverable | Risk control |
|---|---|---|
| Bidding | Response matrix, material list, bid first-draft | Item-by-item match to tender doc; don't fabricate qualifications |
| Solution design | Need summary, solution structure, report material | Professional calculation and drawings need qualified-personnel confirmation |
| Project management | Minutes, progress, risk and change lists | Version, sign-off and responsible party traceable |
| Contract & quote | Clause diffs, quote-table check | Amount, tax rate and commitments human-reviewed |
